It’s not about “having” time. It’s about making time.

If it was easy, everyone would do it

The above quotes strongly resonates with me when I think about fitness, group exercise, or just working out in general. Let’s face it, the majority of Americans are overweight and if it was easy – then things like diabetes, heart attacks, and sleep disorders would be less prevalent in our society. Make the time! Make the effort! The truth is - you don’t need to run a marathon, but I promise there’s a workout out there for you that you will have fun doing, and ultimately gets you to a better state of health – no matter your age, no matter your ability, no matter period!


Dave's spin classes are challenging, inspiring, and entertaining. Dave has helped me gain the strength, endurance, and confidence to complete a 50 mile mountain bike endurance ride in the high Sierra mountains, and now I'm usually the first one to reach the top of the ascents in my mountain biking group! I've just started road biking, and the 3500 foot climb to the top of Mt. Umunhum was a snap, after all the "max-hill climb" drills in spin class. His fun and challenging workouts keep you coming back for more.

Inspiration. Dave provides inspiration to all who experience his enthusiastic attitude in TRX and Spin Classes. Inspiration comes in many forms, whether it is leading by example (Dave says as his cadence pegs the bike computer: “No Lollygagging, this is a SPRINT, pick it up!”), encouragement (“I know you can do it, just think about that ice cold beer with your name on it”) or a swift kick in the pants (“Is that really your MAX hill?”). Dave inspires me with a genuine interest in making my life better through fitness and his spin classes and TRX training are always challenging and fun for any level. I have completed triathalons (killed the bike!) and half marathons (never run out of energy) and I could not have done it without the inspiration and dedication of my trainers. Thanks Dave and Amy!
