Several years ago I found myself in a lot of health conditions, physical pains, and highly stressed. I left my career in the fashion/apparel industry and took time off to heal myself so I could make a better impact on others. Through this process, I realized that I was meant to be a coach. As a health and fitness coach, I help men and women strengthen their body and mindset. I’m here to guide men and women from their self sabotaging behaviors, help them find freedom from themselves and from the pressures of life, and start taking massive action for their health and life. I had a great experience with Ai as may health coach for over 6 months. Here are some highlights of her coaching: 1) Active and involve when explaining an exercise, providing a demonstration and then watching her client closely to make sure they are doing it the right way (to avoid injury and to get the most from the exercise) 2) knowledgeable of many different exercise routines so she can tailor programs to meet your needs 3) Takes video of the workout and provides it to clients for reinforcing the learning (ie, form) 4) Discusses diet and other healthy habits as needed to build upon the workout experience More important than all of the above is that I found Ai to be dedicated to her profession and to me as a client. She is the type of person who expects a lot of herself and pours that energy and enthusiasm into her clients. I recommend Ai Nguyen as a health coach without any reservations. You will benefit from the experience in many ways, starting with your health.

As a trainer, Ai is a very positive person and gives off a lot of good vibes. She’s very observant and corrects my forms right away which I appreciate. In roughly 6 weeks, I lost a little over 4lbs - a combination of losing 4% fat and gaining muscle mass. It wasn’t just the workout that helped me lose weight. Ai stressed the importance of a balanced meal and gave good suggestions on healthy food that one can easily prepare. I learned how to use the TRX in various ways that covered a lot my core workouts; thus, it saved me time from having to go to different areas of the gym to workout. And to put the cherry on top, thanks to Ai, I was one of the winners of the “Live Healthy Challenge” contest that Club Sport puts on twice a year. Ai has been a fantastic fitness and health trainer for my husband and myself since early this year. What I absolutely love about Ai is the fact that she understands the lifestyle and the fitness needs of clients like us who live busy lives but would still like to prioritize their fitness. What I look for in any health and fitness coach is the ability to understand the client’s specific individual goals and customize their approach accordingly. To me, this is an area where a “one size fits all” approach does not work.
