Life is dynamic and every “body” goes through changes. My goal is to educate clients and improve strength, balance and flexibility. Together we can create positive changes in a safe and fun environment.
Beth Pagano has been my personal trainer for years. I have recommended her services to several friends. I credit her training for the fact that my body, now in extremely late middle age, still has the original knees and hips, a straight back, and full range of motion. I credit her personality for the fact that our sessions together are so enjoyable.

I have know and worked with Beth Pagano for at least 8 years. I met her through a University of Arizona program in which I participated, “Healthy Weight for Life,” a research program that engaged forty to sixty year old women and assisted them with weight loss, through a mind and body approach. Beth was highly recommended by various people at this program as a trainer that could help me work on my goals. While Beth has worked with all ages, I am particularly familiar with her working with me and my age group.
Beth designed a program for me to maintain fitness as well as flexibility. I worked with Beth three times a week and our workouts included weight lifting, aerobic activity, Pilates and swim aerobics. Beth has helped me train for running events, kayaking vacations, and most recently helped me rehab from back and shoulder injuries. She is careful to make sure I get the maximum amount of exercise with the minimum amount of pain and impact to injured areas.
In the eight years I have been working with Beth she has exhibited good communication skills, punctuality, integrity, an excellent skill set as a trainer, and care and concern for her clients. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a trainer and have done so on many occasions.

I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation on behalf of Ms. Beth Pagano, who worked with me as a personal fitness trainer at the Decathlon Club over an 18-month period. Our time together was very productive in that I was able to achieve the fitness goals I had set for myself. We began by Ms. Pagano assessing my goals. She then developed a training program designed for my specific needs, which happened to be strength training and developing upper body strength. Later, when my needs changed to encompass more weight-loss, she re-designed our workouts accordingly. When Ms. Pagano sensed I was getting bored with repetitive exercises, she once-again modified our sessions together to include activities like basketball, etc.
On a personal note, I enjoyed having her as my trainer because she was fun to talk to, she was never judgmental if I slipped a little in my fitness regimen, and has a great sense of humor. She is incredibly patient and maintains a very positive outlook 100% of the time. I never saw her have even one “off” day, which is an important and crucial quality to have as a person who is helping to motivate others.
In short, I highly recommend Ms. Pagano in any endeavor relating to fitness training, for all ages and skill levels.
